Complaints about services received from Tribunals Ontario

Tribunals Ontario is committed to providing high quality services to the public. As part of that commitment, you can make a complaint to us about services you have received from one of our boards or tribunals. Before you send us a complaint, read Tribunals Ontario’s Public Complaints Policy .

Other kinds of complaints are handled in other ways. For example:

  • If you have a complaint about your landlord or your tenant, contact the Landlord and Tenant Board.
  • If you have a human rights complaint, contact the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
  • If you feel the decision the adjudicator made in your case is wrong and should be changed, you must follow the procedures provided in the tribunal’s legislation or rules. For more information about what you can do if you disagree with your decision, read the “Application and Hearing Process” tab on the tribunal’s website.

If you have a complaint about the services you have received from one of the boards or tribunals at Tribunals Ontario, email your complaint to TO-TDO.Feedback@ontario.ca.

In your email, be sure to explain the reasons for your complaint (who, what, when, where), the steps you think should be taken to resolve your complaint, and the outcome you are seeking. If your complaint is about a particular file, provide the file number.

We will respond within 15 business days.
