Important Notice

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve system stability, the e-File portal will be available daily between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. On Friday, August 22 at 5:00 p.m., e-File will be shut down completely and will remain unavailable until Saturday, August 23 at 5:00 p.m. Following this outage, e-File will reopen for the remainder of the weekend and will then close again on Monday, August 25 at 8:00 a.m., resuming its regular maintenance schedule of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily.

Parties should continue to use e-File only to submit new applications. All other documents (e.g., evidence, forms, correspondence) must be submitted by email at LATregistrar@ontario.ca (maximum 35 MB per email) or through Sensitive Content Management (SCM). If you are submitting multiple files through SCM, please combine them into a single PDF or compressed zip folder. Applications and documents will also continue to be accepted at any time by mail or courier.
