Effective July 1, 2023, the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) – General Service can accept appeals under the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act (TSSEA). TSSEA regulations apply to tow truck drivers, tow operators and vehicle storage operators in Ontario. The Director of Towing and Vehicle Storage Standards is responsible for overseeing the Act.
